Oversee the creation and optimization of social media assets (e.g., profile banners, thumbnails, ads, landing pages).
Maintain a content editorial calendar to align with campaign timelines, key events, and publishing consistency.
Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, inquiries, comments, and online reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate boosting and implementation of paid social campaigns, including budget monitoring and performance analysis.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, events, creative, and production teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions), using insights to refine strategy.
Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and implementing initiatives to generate positive feedback.
