Marketing & Partnerships Manager, Manila

Position Summary

The Marketing & Partnerships Manager will serve as a key strategic partner to the President in driving CHiNOY TV’s growth across media, events, and new business ventures (e.g., CHi-V App, 华 Magazine, Lannang Studios).

This role is responsible for campaign strategy, partnerships, team leadership, and overall marketing direction, while ensuring strong execution across digital, events, and brand initiatives.

1. Strategic Marketing & Campaign Development

- Work closely with the President to develop integrated campaigns across CHiNOY TV platforms (TV, digital, events, print)

- Lead conceptualization of brand campaigns, partnerships, and monetization strategies

- Support growth of new business units

2. Partnerships & Accounts Management

- Lead client acquisition, pitching, and relationship management

- Develop and execute brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations

- Ensure delivery of all partner commitments and media values

3. Digital & Content Direction

- Oversee and guide the Social Media Manager in Content strategy, Platform growth and Campaign execution

- Strengthen CHiNOY TV’s digital presence and engagement metrics

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment

- Act as the bridge between Marketing, Production and Events

- Ensure all teams are aligned on campaign objectives and timelines

- Provide mentorship and direction to marketing team members

5. Event Marketing & Oversight

- Oversee marketing and partner integration for key events: Mr. & Ms. Chinatown Global, Taipan Summit / Youth Summit, Chinese New Year and Brand activations

- Work with Event Specialist for execution and logistics

6. Performance & Reporting

- Track and report on Campaign performance, Digital growth, Partnership ROI

- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
