-Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, or a related field -3-5 years of experience in a creative leadership role with successful campaigns and projects across various platforms with a strong track record of creative excellence preferably in retail setting. -A thorough understanding of how content can play out across multiple mediums.
