BRAND MANAGER

Department: Brand Management / Marketing

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 PHP 80,000

Reports To: Managing Director


Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Associate / Officer / Manager to oversee the growth, positioning, and performance of assigned brands under our portfolio. The role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, supporting sales initiatives, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.


The ideal candidate should have strong experience in brand management, trade marketing, or product management, preferably within the FMCG, personal care, beauty, healthcare, or distribution industry.


Responsibilities:


Brand Strategy & Management


  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market demands
  • Create annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and promotional initiatives
  • Monitor brand performance, profitability, and market positioning
  • Identify opportunities for product expansion, innovation, and growth
  • Recommend pricing, promotional, and assortment strategies


Sales & Commercial Support


  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Key Account teams to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze sales performance, inventory movement, and market trends
  • Support sell-in and sell-out activities across modern trade, general trade, e-commerce, and distributors
  • Provide product knowledge and marketing support to sales teams
  • Participate in business reviews and customer presentations


Marketing & Campaign Executiom

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns, product launches, and activations
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Creatives, and E-Commerce teams for campaign execution
  • Oversee development of promotional materials and branding assets
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements


Inventory & Supply Coordination

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain and Purchasing teams for inventory planning and forecasting
  • Monitor stock levels, aging inventory, and product movement
  • Support inventory health management initiatives


Principal & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain professional relationships with principals, suppliers, and business partners
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business updates for management and principals
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and contractual requirements


Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior
  • Recommend strategies to strengthen brand competitiveness and market presence


Administrative & Reporting

  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports
  • Monitor marketing expenses and budget utilization
  • Maintain documentation of campaigns, agreements, and brand activities


Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Pharmacy, or related field
  • At least 35 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, Trade Marketing, or related roles
  • Experience in FMCG, personal care, beauty, healthcare, or distribution industry is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of sales, distribution, and modern trade operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously
