JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
With 5 years’ experience
With experience in handling a team for customer service accounts
Amendable to work in shifting schedules
Amendable to start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily tasks and processes within the BPO environment.
Provide coaching and share knowledge to agents and Team leads
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Guide customer service teams, ensuring they adhere to quality standards and performance metrics.
Monitoring customer feedback and taking action to address areas of concern.
