POSITION: Senior Consultant

WORK SCHEDULE: Graveyard shift
SALARY: Php108,000-Php136,000
WORK SET UP: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree
Master of Business Administration is advantage
With 8 years’ experience BPO and BMP
Experience in customer service operations in managerial role
Willing to work on site in BGC Taguig

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation of solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and meet quality standards.
Will construct collaterals, brochures, flyers and case studies
Manage client events visit end to end
Will create a presentation including pricing model, operating model
Will create and review the SOW (Statement of Work), in order to define the contract terms for a specific solution
