Job Description


As a Customer Service & Operations Executive, you will provide inbound and outbound support through email, phone, and live chat. From resolving issues to managing relationships with housekeepers and clients, your role is to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service with every interaction. Flexibility is essential as you'll handle shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends.


Job Overview


Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Mid Shift to Night Shift (Shifting)

Salary: Up to PHP40,000

Work Setup: Hybrid, Makati (3-4 months training onsite)

Your Daily Tasks


  • Drive retention by consistently providing exceptional support to customers.
  • Deliver inbound and outbound customer assistance via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Ensure every customer interaction reflects a commitment to excellence.
  • Handle a broad range of inquiries and issues, from ensuring each clean goes smoothly to managing relationships.
  • Take full ownership of issues, empowered to resolve them effectively the first time, every time.
  • Respond swiftly and accurately to customer and Housekeeper inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Adapt to midnight shift schedules, with monthly shift changes, and be available to work on holidays and weekends.
