Finance Coordinator, Manila

The Finance Coordinator will support the finance department by performing a variety of financial and administrative tasks, including managing financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and assist with collections and payments in a timely manner.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the finance team in developing budgets and forecasts, tracking actual performance against budget, and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Reconciliations: Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate financial records and update spreadsheets, databases, and financial software systems.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and best practices in accounting and finance.
• Audit Support: Assist in preparing for audits by providing documentation, schedules, and reports as requested by external auditors.
• Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis and assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and revenue-generating strategies.
• Customer and Vendor Relations: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and financial issues.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and other related tasks.
