Description
  • Monitor and record all shipment clearance transactions and secure all related documents per shipment, including spare parts for Service-After-Sales (SAS)
  • Establish and update landed costs
  • Ensure landed costs are updated per SKU across all locations
  • Ensure that importlicense/s are renewed annually, and on-time
  • Represent Finance & Accounting in the shipment-receiving process
  • Counter-sign with the warehouse representative and certify for Finance & Accounting the details of merchandise received per shipment and establish variances vs invoice, if any and recommend actions as necessary
  • Fixed Asset Monitoring
  • Monitor, verify, and recommend daily (or weekly) for sign-off of the Finance Manager merchandise inventory movement and costs sales, receiving, inter-warehouse and inter-office transfers, and all other related incoming and outgoing merchandise inventory, including spare parts for Service-After-Sales (SAS) and fixed assets.
