Responsibilities:

Educate:
Conduct financial planning sessions and provide tailored solutions to clients in areas such as life insurance protection, health coverage, HMO (Medicard), education/retirement planning, investments, and savings.
Build and manage a client base through acquiring new accounts and providing ongoing service.
Attend training sessions, seminars, and team meetings to improve your knowledge and skills.
Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering excellent service.
Expand:
Invite colleagues and friends to join the program.
Potentially grow into a leadership role by becoming a Manager of Managers.

Basic Requirements:

Must have stable Wi-Fi and a reliable internet connection.
Willingness to attend a mix of online and in-person training and financial literacy seminars.
A bachelor's degree in any field (open to fresh graduates).
Experience as a sales manager in any industry is a plus, but not required.
Passion for promoting financial literacy.
Self-motivated and proactive in personal growth.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
