About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator with a background in Information Technology or relevant experience. This role will involve system administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with various teams to maintain secure and efficient technology services.

Responsibilities:

Provide hardware and software support for end-users.

Maintain and configure applications and systems to meet business needs.

Contribute to IT projects and initiatives.

Manage and resolve tickets.

Conduct post-incident analyses and document findings.

Support escalated issues from end-users.

Respond to system alerts and work with teams to resolve issues.

Collaborate with Security team on policy development.
