Key Responsibilities:
Greeting Guests: Welcome customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
Taking Orders: Take food and drink orders from customers and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
Serving Food and Beverages: Deliver food and drinks promptly and accurately, ensuring orders are correct.
Checking In with Guests: Ensure customers are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or issues.
Clearing Tables: Remove dirty plates, glasses, and utensils from tables.
Handling Payments: Present bills, process payments, and return change when necessary.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area clean and organized, including setting tables and replenishing supplies.
Collaborating with Team: Work alongside other waitstaff, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.
