We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus, explain specials, and take food and beverage orders.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly while following proper service etiquette.
Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous manner.
Process bills and payments using the restaurants POS system.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
