You will be part of a team that ensures the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering top-notch customer service.
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
Present menus, provide information about daily specials, and offer recommendations to guests.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring they meet the restaurants quality standards.
Monitor guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Process payments, handle cash, and operate the register in an accurate and efficient manner.
Ensure tables are cleaned and reset after guests leave, preparing for the next seating.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, tables, and restrooms.
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Assist in restocking supplies, managing inventory, and supporting the overall restaurant operations.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
