As a Food Server, you will interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
Take customer orders and accurately relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout the meal.
Handle payments, process transactions, and provide change.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining area.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
