The Food Server is responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a friendly and efficient manner. They must maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and courteously.
Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by addressing any needs or concerns.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and workstations.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
