Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Food Service Crew members to join our team in Iloilo. The ideal candidates should have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and a positive attitude. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the dining, kitchen, and serving areas.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide correct change.
• Assist in restocking and inventory management.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to provide fast and efficient service.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
