Food Server, Iloilo

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Food Server to join our team. The Food Server will play a key role in providing excellent dining experiences by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and answer customer inquiries.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure that tables are clean, set, and properly arranged.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process payments using cash or credit card systems.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas and service stations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
