Waiter, Iloilo

The waiter/waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an overall pleasant dining experience for customers. They will be expected to work efficiently, communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff, and ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their meal (e.g., refills, extra condiments).
• Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Clean and set up tables before and after service.
• Assist with clearing plates, glasses, and silverware from tables.
• Process customer payments, including handling cash, credit cards, and issuing receipts.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions to inform customers.
• Follow health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and other staff members to ensure smooth service.
