Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and answer questions.
• Make food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing their needs and concerns.

Order Management:

• Accurately take food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure order accuracy and follow up with guests after serving.

Table Maintenance:

• Set up and prepare tables before guests arrive.
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
