Liaison, Davao del Sur

The Liaison serves as a key point of contact between Christopher & Henry International Inc. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to effectively facilitate collaboration, resolve issues, and ensure mutual success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships:

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the partner organization/client/internal department.
• Act as a primary point of contact for all communication and inquiries.
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges or concerns.

Facilitate collaboration and communication:

• Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and other collaborative activities.
• Effectively communicate project updates, progress reports, and key decisions to all relevant parties.
• Ensure smooth information flow and coordination between teams.

Resolve issues and address concerns:

• Investigate and troubleshoot issues that arise between Christopher & Henry International Inc. and the partner organization/client/internal department.
• Develop and implement solutions to address challenges and improve collaboration.
• Act as a mediator to resolve disputes and facilitate agreement.

Track and report on progress:

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the partnership/client relationship.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and successes.
• Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.

Other duties as assigned:

• May involve project management, event planning, or other related tasks.
