Description

Recruitment, Selection & Placement

1. Develops a recruitment plan with recruitment strategies to improve the hiring process.

2. Sources potential candidates for projected and/or existing vacancies thru coordination with Universities, recruitment agencies, LGUs, and other sources of applicants.

3. Conducts preliminary job interviews and background checks of potential candidates.

4. Facilitates the placement and onboarding process of new hires.

a. Provision of all onboarding requirements

b. Monitoring of job orientation Psychometrics

1. Develops and validates personnel selection procedures.

2. Develops employee assessment tools in collaboration with department heads.

3. Administers psychological tests and other assessment tools to applicants and employees.

4. Documents and interprets tests results of applicants and employees.

5. Documents all psychometric work in formal reports that would serve as reference for important employment decisions


Compensation and Benefits

1. Manages the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

a. Sets up new employee accounts and profiles

b. Uploads daily timekeeping data

c. Updates employee profiles

d. Orients new employees regarding the HRIS

2. Provides inputs for payroll

a. Timekeeping data

b. Loan data

c. Payroll disputes

3. Conducts job analysis and job evaluation in collaboration with Department Heads.

4. Updates salary structure to address inconsistencies and to maintain industry competitiveness. a. Benchmarking with other companies within the same industry.

b. Salary surveys

5. Ensures compliance to government and labor standards (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, DOLE)

a. Acts as the Companys representative/liaison to government agencies (SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and DOLE)

b. Orients employees regarding government-mandated benefits

6. Facilitates the availment of employee benefits.

a. Facilitates refresher regarding compensation and benefits.

7. Develops and implements employee benefit plans/programs.


Employee Off-boarding

1. Facilitates the off-boarding process of resigned/terminated employees

a. Routing of Employee Clearance Form

b. Employee Waiver and Quitclaim

c. Issuance of Employment Certificate to resigned/terminated employees

d. Endorsement of employees with outstanding accountabilities to the legal team for small court claims.
