Job Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The role involves promoting the company's products and services, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service to drive business growth.


Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and lead generation.
  • Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.


Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-up activities.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.


Market Research and Monitoring
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients.


Reporting and Documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Update customer databases and sales tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.


Collection and Account Management
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding accounts.
  • Assist in resolving billing and payment concerns.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
  • With a valid driver's license is an advantage.
