MEPF Engineer, San Juan

Key Responsibilities

• Review mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection drawings and specifications
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for HVAC and MEPF systems
• Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted works
• Prepare tender documents, bid proposals, and cost summaries
• Attend site inspections, pre-bid meetings, and coordination meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in HVAC and MEPF estimator
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, chilled watersystems, and related MEPF components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications
• Proficient in estimating and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu,
• PlanSwift, and Microsoft Excel.
