Industrial Engineer, San Juan

1. Analyze current production processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions to eliminate waste and bottlenecks.

2. Design and implement efficient production layouts, considering factors such as material flow, equipment placement, and ergonomics.

3. Develop and maintain work standards and procedures to ensure consistent quality and production output.

4. Conduct time studies and implement work measurement programs to establish labor utilization baselines.

5. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Maintenance, Quality Control) to ensure smooth production operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

1-2 Years Experience in Production/Manufacturing

Proven experience in production process optimization, layout design, and work measurement.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
