Accounting Staff - High Priority, San Juan

Professional Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related business and finance course
• With at least 2 years of solid experience in bookkeeping, accounting processes, and preparation of BIR compliance reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and various accounting software applications, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Knowledgeable in Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and other government compliance requirements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, suppliers, and government agencies
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple accounting and administrative tasks efficiently
• Preferably residing within Metro Manila; applicants from San Juan City are an advantage

Compensation Package

• Starts at 20,000 plus incentives and allowances, based on qualifications and experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, financial transactions, and accounting documentation
• Prepare and submit BIR compliance reports, tax filings, and other government-mandated requirements on time
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including monitoring of invoices and payments
• Assist in bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations
• Prepare financial summaries, spreadsheets, and reports using MS Excel and accounting software
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, and government agencies regarding accounting and tax-related concerns
• Support daily accounting operations and perform other administrative or finance-related duties as assigned
