Job Requirements
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or similar course.
- Amenable to work onsite, Monday- Saturday.
- Create, edit, and update detailed floor plans for all company event venues.
- Ensure accuracy of booth layouts, aisle spacing, and compliance with safety and venue regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and exhibitors regarding space allocation and technical requirements.
- Utilize CAD or similar software for layout planning and revisions.
- Facilitate business matching initiatives between exhibitors, partners, and attendees.
- Maintain and organize database of participants for effective matching.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between involved parties.
