Project Engineer, San Juan

(ISR) Intelligence Surveillance, Reconnaissance Products, Inc. is an Electronic and Information Technology Company engaged in the importing, distribution, installation and after-sales servicing of electronic products and gadgets.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (I.T.) Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE).
• Must be knowledgeable in Automation Control, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, FDAS, Computer IP NETWORK & AutoCAD.
• With 1-2 years of experience dealing with Automation Control, CCTV, ACCESS CONTROL, FDAS, and Computer IP NETWORK is required.
• Familiarity with project implementation is required.
• Having knowledge in design is a valuable advantage!
• Applicants must be willing to work in field nationwide.
• A Licensed ECE is a plus!
• With Car Driver's License is an advantage.

Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Manages the different stages of project cycle (planning, execution, budget monitoring, configuring and commissioning)
• In charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure the team can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule.
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
