Were seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to manage the GL, lead month-end close, oversee freight accruals, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Manage general ledger & reconciliations
- Lead month-end/year-end closing
- Handle unbilled revenue & freight accruals
- Oversee intercompany & bank reconciliations
- Track fixed assets & lease accounting (IFRS 16 / ASC 842)
- Prepare financial statements & manage tax compliance
- 35 years accounting experience (logistics/3PL preferred)
- Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge
- ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP)
- Advanced Excel skills
- CPA/CMA preferred
