Job Overview:

You will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner. The main focus of your role is to ensure accurate entry and encoding of financial data.

Job Objectives:

• To provide clerical and administrative support to the Accounting Department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Verify that transactions are recorded and encoded, utilizing spreadsheets and formulas.
• Maintain accuracy in entry of financial data within the standard processing time.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, or other related fields.
• Has intermediate knowledge in Google Spreadsheet functions.
• Has the ability to anticipate needs and complete important tasks properly and on time.
• Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
