Infrastructure Support Engineer, San Juan

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to servers, storage, and network systems, including on-site troubleshooting, problem isolation, assessment, and preventive maintenance.
• Test and evaluate new versions of network operating systems, software, and server hardware, providing recommendations for solutions and products when needed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to maintain a high level of technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• A degree in a computer-related field.
• Hands-on experience with the full deployment process of enterprise servers, storage systems, and networks, including configuration and integration to meet client performance and scalability needs.
• At least two years of relevant technical experience, with a minimum of one year as a Service Engineer.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
