Reconciliation

• Maintains monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
• Balances monthly government payables
• Reconciles monthly payables

Financial Statement Package Preparation

• Comprehensive Income and Statement of Financial Position
• Subsidiary Ledgers of Balance Sheet Accounts
• Comparative Analysis of Income (Actual vs Budget; month-on-month)

Year-End Audit Coordination

• Audit scheduling
• Attends to external auditor queries on expense accounts
• Prepares audited Financial Statement (complete with notes and disclosure)
• Submits audited Financial Statements for government compliance (BIR, SEC, PEZA)

Payroll

• Coordinates with outsourced payroll provider for relevant instructions
• Coordinates with internal company stakeholders for relevant inputs and approval
• Processes and executes timely and accurate delivery of:
• Regular Payroll
• Weekly attendance and Sales Incentive
• Off-cycle and Special pay runs
• Income Tax Annualization (includes Alphalist and 2316 filing)
• Final Pay Processing

Compliance

• Government Regulatory Remittance and Reporting: Manages and delivers government regulatory remittance and reporting (BIR, SEC, PEZA, SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
• Business Taxes and Permitting: Processes and monitors quarterly remittance of business taxes and permits and licenses with the city hall
• Property Insurance Management
