General Accountant, San Juan

• Sales Report Preparation, monitoring and validation
• Check and Update sales book
• Manage month-end and year-end closing of books including analysis of accounts
• Petty Cash (Prepare and check liquidation and replenishment.)
• Receiving and monitoring the collections.
• Accruals/Prepayments
• Preparation of Payroll
• Other accounting-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
• Record, updates and monitors Non-Cash Sales (GC, Credit Cards)
• Reconcile and Validate sales variances for Store.

Job Qualification

• With 1-3 years of related work experience specializing in General Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to be proactive
• With knowledge and experience in SAP (QuickBooks/Peachtree/Sage)
• Must be a graduate of Accountancy/Accounting or equivalent
• Can Start immediately
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
• Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, coordination skills and High team spirit
• Intermediate to advanced Excel Skills
