Accounting Staff, San Juan

The Accounting Staff is responsible for performing basic accounting tasks to support the finance department, ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and organizing of financial documents

Requirements:

• Willing to work in SAN JUAN, QUEZON CITY
• With or without experience
• FRESH GRADUATE can apply
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• With complete mandatory requirements
• CAN START ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Record and update daily financial transactions.
• Prepare and process vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable monitoring.
• Handle petty cash and reimbursements.
• Help in payroll preparation.
• Perform bank deposits and assist in bank reconciliation.
• Organize and file financial documents.
• Assist in preparing reports needed by supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with basic BIR requirements and documentation.
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the supervisor.
