- Oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to drive financial strategy.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering professional growth.
- Prepare financial presentations for stakeholders and executives.
- Bachelors degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a business-related field.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience, including at least three (3) years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- CPA or MBA (graduate degree) preferred but not required, depending on experience.
- Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
