- Filing of monthly financial records / documents.
- Monthly and yearly Accounting Report.
- Process Real Estate Tax payment
- Other errands assign by the Management
- Proven work experience as an Accounting Supervisor
- Experience with accounting software
- Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Team management skills
- Ability to prioritize work
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Supervisor /5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
