  • Proof of Concept (POC): Develop and deliver Proof of Concept (POC) presentations or pilot programs to demonstrate the practical application of the solution to prospective clients.

Solution Design and Proposal Support:

  • Solution Design: Assist in designing the technical architecture or configuration of the proposed solution based on customer requirements and product capabilities.
  • Proposal Preparation: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and customize technical proposals, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
  • RFP/RFI Response: Support the sales team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing technical input, product specifications, and design recommendations.

Technical Support During Sales Process:

  • Answer Technical Queries: Act as the primary point of contact for answering any technical questions or concerns that arise during the sales process, helping customers understand the products technical aspects.
  • Coordinate with Product Teams: Work closely with the product development, engineering, or R&D teams to address any technical issues or product customization requests during the sales process.
  • Provide Feasibility and Risk Assessments: Help assess the technical feasibility of the solution and identify any potential risks or limitations related to the customers infrastructure or business environment.
