Warehouse Assistant, Laguna

Warehouse workers or warehouse associates, are responsible for the logistics of receiving, storing, processing, and sending inventory. Their duties include:

• Receiving and storing: Receiving deliveries, checking for damaged or missing items, and storing goods
• Picking and packing: Picking and packing orders accurately and according to customer requirements
• Loading and unloading: Loading and unloading deliveries, and loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers
• Organizing: Organizing incoming stock and putting labels on outgoing parcels
• Inventory: Conducting inventory checks, reporting discrepancies, and managing stock levels
• Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Equipment operation: Safely and efficiently operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Communication: Collaborating with team members, communicating effectively in person, over the telephone, and in writing
• Data entry: Entering data into computer systems to keep stock inventory up to date
• Cleaning: Cleaning delivery vans and preparing them for the next day's shift
