WE NEED 6 BRANCH MANAGER!
Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations and ensure efficient customer service.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch targets and increase profitability.
- Manage staff resources, including training, performance evaluation, and development.
- Maintain inventory control and merchandising to optimize sales.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in retail or branch management
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills
