Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve branch targets and increase profitability.
  • Manage staff resources, including training, performance evaluation, and development.
  • Maintain inventory control and merchandising to optimize sales.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.


Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience Level: 13 years of experience in retail or branch management
