Branch Manager, Quezon City

Duralco Inc. is looking for seasoned and strategic Branch Manager (Office Located in Granada, Quezon City) to lead our sales team in driving business growth in both new and existing markets.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring industry trends, and coaching the Team to achieve individual and team objectives.

You will also be tasked with creating and implementing sales programs aimed at generating revenue, as well as securing valuable feedback from customers and competitors to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Manages and monitors the activities of the Business Development Officer, Product Design Consultant and Project Management.

Monitors the activities of the Sales Coordinator and Processor.

Organizes, leads, and control the activities of sales team to ensure attainment of sales and marketing objectives.

Achieve 100% of his/her given quota.

Achieve 100% of his/her given KPI.

Conduct performance evaluation of his/her direct reports. Coach, Train and Develop.

Recommend sales budget/expenses and revenue targets for the year.

Develops, Implements and Monitor a full range of sales and support programs designed to generate sales revenue.

Communicate and secure approval for sales programs to the management and affected department

Maintains and acquire new lanes/traffic for existing accounts within the area of assignment.

Prepares and submits sales activities and reports to the Sales Manager/President.

Attend social and business functions when assigned as companys representative.

Observes the trend in the industry and secure feedback from customer and competitors.

Ensure timely and successful implementation of projects and strategies.

Informs immediate superior in case sales plan deviation.

Implements and/or carry out quality improvement activities and functions (such as compliance to documented QUALITY procedures, implementation of assigned quality project, etc.) as may formally and officially defined by the management.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Outstanding customer service abilities.

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail,

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
