Facilities Manager, Quezon City

a. Qualification

• Graduate of Civil Engineering
• With experience in facilities management, construction, or maintenance
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Knowledgeable in building systems, safety standards, and compliance
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and monitoring/reporting systems
• Willing to be assigned at Multi-Line Head Office, Quezon City

b. Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, renovations, and facility improvement projects
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of all facilities
• Monitor utilities and implement cost-saving measures
• Manage leasing, tenant relations, and property performance
• Ensure compliance with permits, safety standards, and regulations
• Maintain facility records, contracts, and reports
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Support audits, risk management, and business continuity plans
• Perform other related duties as assigned
