Car Jockey/ Checklister, Quezon City

Under the direct supervision of the Service Manager, the Car Jockey is responsible for the smooth flow and release of vehicle inside the workshop.

• Responsible in mobilization of customers vehicle from receiving, production and releasing.
• Acknowledge, provide, assistance to guide incoming vehicle entering in Service Reception driveway.
• Arrange and park customers' units inside the Service Workshop and parking area.
• Pick-up and deliver units to and from customers location whenever needed.
• Responsible in providing detailed checklist on customer's vehicle for servicing and other vehicles as needed.
• Act as one of the final QC to conduct inspection of the vehicle cleanliness prior to releasing.
• Assist in transferring other vehicles and proper endorsement of repair from one section to another.
• Ensure proper personal hygiene while on duty.
• Observed honesty, courtesy, conscious in operation and professionalism at work.
• Avoid prolonged conversation with customers to be more productive.
• Endorse customers should he/she demand further inquiry and assistance.
• Participates in various Kaizen activities and 5S Programs.
• Ensure all valuables & personal items of the servicing customers are surrender accordingly.
