Project In Charge, Quezon City

Responsibilities:

Overall in-charge of elevator and escalator construction projects.

Completes engineering projects by organizing and coordinating project elements.

Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.

Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

Controls project costs by overseeing expenditures and contractor contracts.

Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Oversees and liaises with government agencies for relevant permits involved in the construction project.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

Required skill(s): AutoCad.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

Outstanding documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills

Proactive and can work independently under pressure
