Dining Supervisor, Quezon City

Job Description:

• Supervise and support dining staff during daily operations
• Maintain knowledge of Thai cuisine to properly explain menu items to guests
• Monitor service quality, table turnover, and cleanliness of dining areas
• Handle customer concerns and resolve service issues professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service
• Train, coach, and evaluate dining staff performance
• Enforce company policies, service standards, and hygiene protocols
• Assist in scheduling, attendance monitoring, and staff discipline

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Dining Supervisor or similar role
• Background or knowledge of Thai cuisine and dining service
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays
