Description

Performs fabrication, installation, repair, and maintenance of metal

works, and other structures within the facility.

 Specific Duties:

        Preventive and Corrective maintenance.

        Support for construction and renovation projects.

        Fabricate, install and repair sheet metal components such as roofing panels, flashing, gutters, ai ducts and drainpipes.

        Measure, Cut, bend and shape metal sheets using hand and power tools.

        Repair and seal leaks in roofing and gutter systems.

        Conduct welding, riveting or soldering on metal joints and seams.

        Inspect metal surfaces and structures for rust, corrosion, or structural damage, and perform appropriate corrective actions.

        Not only having tinsmith skills, but can also perform plumbing or carpentry works.

General Specification:

        Education: Not required

        Specialized Skills: Tinsmith and have additional skills like plumbing or carpentry skills

        Experience: 1 year or more

Competency Specification:

        Knowledge: Tinsmith works

        Soft Skills: Carpentry or Plumbing work

        Attitude: Able to work without supervision
