1. Formulates and implements marketing plans and strategies in order to achieve branch sales goals and objectives per month.
2. Analyzes market situation in the area and formulate strategies to ensure that the company remains competitive among its competitors and other prevailing situations that may arise affecting sales.
3. Ensure submission and proper documentation of all MC Sales Summary for LTO Registration in a timely manner.
4. Recruits and Monitors the performance of all Accredited Sales and Display Partner in the area to ensure that both parties were mutually benefited.
5. Develops strategies and methods that will increase customer satisfaction.
6. Ensure that all credit applicants are properly investigated and evaluated according to the credit standards set by the company.
7. Consistently monitors individual performance of the Credit Counselors and Customer Assistants and the branch as a whole.
8. Conducts weekly collection meeting to formulate plans and strategies for non-paying and delinquent accounts.
9. Assist the Credit Counselor in enforcing collection for all hard and delinquent accounts.
10. Identify and plan stock requirements by analyzing sales and inventory movement.
11. Ensure that the branch has appropriate and available number of stocks.
12. Identify potential areas where the company can establish sales centers in order to generate additional sales.
13. Controls and monitors branch cost and expenses to ensure that it operates within the approved operational budget in accordance with the policy.
14. Ensure completeness and accuracy of all sales and collection report.
15. Checks and ensure that all branch reports were submitted daily to Head Office as required.
16. Develop and maintain a systematic records management and filing system in the branch.
17. Performs check and balance method in all transactions, documents and procedures in the branch.
18. Monitors the performance of all branch employees and conduct periodic evaluation.
19. Initiates Disciplinary Action to maintain work safety, good employee conduct and the like.
20. Identifies and recommends training and development of employees.
21. Promotes teamwork & cooperation and leads by example.
22. Implements company policies and procedures properly and ensure that everyone follows the code of ethics for all personnel.
23. Monitors the competitors in his area of operation to be able to formulate a counter strategy against the competitors movement.
24. Recommend clients for litigation and represent the company in any court proceedings and ensure that all delinquent accounts were visited before endorsement was made to legal department.
25. Monitor all accounts with no payment last month (advance not included) and this must be visited together with the submission of progress report using S.U.D.A.
- GRADUATE OF ANY 4 YEARS COURSE
- WITH DRIVERS LICENSE NON-PRO/PRO
- WITH EXPERIENCE IN MOTORCYCLE INDUSTRY OR LENDING COMPANY
- WITH EXPERIENCE AS MANAGER
- WILLING TO DO FIELD WORK
