Description
  • Supervision: Directly supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, clerical workers, and administrative assistants.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational standards.
  • Operations Management: Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, including but not limited to filing systems, document management, correspondence, and office supply inventory.
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to coordinate administrative functions across various departments. Facilitate communication and information sharing to support effective decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and monitoring for administrative expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize resource utilization while maintaining quality standards.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve administrative issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Serve as a point of contact for staff inquiries and escalate issues to higher management as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and files. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for administrative staff. Provide feedback, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance administrative efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry best practices and technology solutions


  • Graduate of BS in Business Administration, Management of a relevant field. Master's degree or professional certification may be preferred
  • Several years of experience in administrative management, Licensure Years of work experience with progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic maritime environment, including occasional periods of vessel site inspections.
  • Certification in administrative management or a relevant area of specialization.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work in EDSA, Quezon City near Balintawak
