Restaurant Manager, Quezon City

Good Eats by SSI, a subsidiary of Rustan Group of Companies is currently looking for Restaurant Manager to be assigned to SaladStop! Philippines.

Job Purpose:

Ensure efficient store operation and maintain high productivity, quality and customer-service standard. Responsible for achieving the stores targets and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that excellent service for both internal and external customers are achieved.
• Ensure the correct forecasting of supplies for (daily) ordering.
• Ensure that proper standards and procedures in preparation of food ingredients are followed.
• Appraise personnels performance; Provide needed coaching and mentoring
• Monitor man-hour usage (labor cost)
• Ensure that every shift is properly manned
• Take responsibility for the business performance of the store
• Coordinate the entire store operation, including front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house
• Analyze sales figures (sales performance matrix) and store reports

Job Qualifications:

• College Graduate/Level preferably business/management course or any related to Food Preparation.
• Proven working experience as restaurant manager or related Managerial / Supervisory experience.
• Language skills - fluency in English (oral/written)
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Leadership skills
