Operation Manager, Quezon City

-At least 1 year of experience in the field (Administrative Role)

-Bachelor's Degree

-Impeccable Spoken and Written English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee the Whole Philippines team, specifically the operations team and clinical.
• Initially will manage a small case load of 5 clients to understand
• Provide leadership, support and mentoring of the team ensuring high quality service delivery of programs for clients and their families.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum Five years' experience managing a team
• Must pass police check
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and training people at all levels
• High level interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to details with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong team player and relationship building skills
• Experience in Change Management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
