Customer Service Representative, Makati

Salary Range: Php 20,000 - 22,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and personalized customer service to potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Confidently interact with clients across all social media platforms, answering inquiries and booking appointments. 
• This is a blended role, requiring proficiency in both calls and non-voice communications to ensure clear, professional interactions with clients.
• Proactively manage and nurture potential clients with a strong focus on upselling and driving additional sales.
• Track, measure, and analyze customer interactions to optimize performance and improve customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and market trends, with a focus on social media, beauty and skin brands, and lifestyle advertising.

Organization and File Management:

• Maintain systematic storage of client files within Google Drive, ensuring proper permissions and data security.

Presentations:

• Assist Team Leader in preparing presentation materials and communicating ideas effectively to internal teams and clients if needed.
